Create an account
Register at icmb.confee.id/register

Save your Order ID
Once your registration and payment are confirmed, you’ll receive an Order ID in the format
ICMB-XXXXXX. Save this code. You’ll need it in the next step. - 3
Submit your paper via Leconfe platform
- › Register at conferences.ums.ac.id/icmb/scheduled/icmb2026/register . Make sure the personal data you enter matches step 1.
- › Go to the Submission menu, then add a new submission. Fill in all required fields. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID from step 2 above.

Presentation guidelines
Presenting at the conference
Tentative: final guidelines will be confirmed by the committee.

Participants who make oral presentations are participants who have passed the selection and received notification of acceptance conference submitting Call for Paper articles.

During the series of events, each participant is required to wear neat and polite clothes. Participants must be on camera, and use the Virtual background that has been provided by the committee.

Oral presentations are held through the Zoom Cloud Meetings Apps breakout room provided by the committee.

During the series of events, each participant is required to wear neat and polite clothes. Participants must be on camera, and use the Virtual background that has been provided by the committee.

Each participant must be present on time at the Zoom Cloud Meetings Apps breakout room that has been provided no later than 10 minutes before the event starts. If a participant arrives more than 10 minutes late, it can be considered for a disqualification decision.

Participants are required to follow the activities from the beginning to the end of the event.

Each oral presentation participant is expected to have sent a presentation file (.ppt) with a maximum of 12 slides according to the format provided which will be presented within 10 minutes.

Determination of the order of presentation is determined by the committee and will be conveyed through the WhatsApp group of participants shortly before the event begins.

If within 3 minutes the participant who gets the presentation turn does not come, the participant concerned will be in the last presentation order.

The presentation technique is that participants are expected to enter the Zoom Cloud Meeting Apps breakout room. The presentation session will be guided by the moderator. The moderator calls the oral presentation participants according to the presentation order, then the participants open the microphone and introduce themselves.

The paper presented will be considered for publication in the proceedings if it meets the paper qualifications determined by the proceedings.

Scopus-Indexed Journal
Selected papers may be invited to a partner journal, confirmed after acceptance.
Option B
Sinta-Indexed Journal
Nationally accredited journal placement, confirmed after acceptance.
Option C
ISETH Proceedings (ISSN)
Published with an official ISSN in the ISETH conference proceedings.
Publication fees are optional, separate from the conference fee, and vary by pathway.
