How to submit

Prepare your full paper
No separate abstract stage — submit the full paper directly, written in English, following the template below. Detailed format requirements: Coming Soon.

Choose your track & article type
Select the sub-theme that fits your work, and the article type: original article, review article, or case report.

Submit via the online system
Upload your full paper through the ICMB submission portal. Portal link: Coming Soon.

Present at the conference
Accepted authors present orally at the virtual conference on 19 December 2026. Presenters get conference access included.

Presenting at the conference
Tentative — final guidelines will be confirmed by the committee.
01 · Duration
8 minutes for the presentation, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A with reviewers and the audience.
02 · File format
Slides must be prepared in .pptx format.
03 · Video / multimedia
If your slides include videos, submit the .pptx together with all supporting video files in one folder at least one day before your session for a technical check.
04 · Punctuality
Presenters must join their virtual breakout room on time and deliver the presentation within the scheduled session slot.
05 · Slide deadline
The softcopy of your slides must be submitted by the announced deadline.

Scopus-Indexed Journal
Selected papers invited to a partner journal. Fee & journal: on confirmation.
Option B
Sinta-Indexed Journal
Nationally accredited journal placement. Fee & journal: on confirmation.
Option C
ISETH Proceedings (ISSN)
Rp300.000 / 30 USD for non-UMS authors — free for UMS authors.
