Submitted articles will be seen as conforming to the conference’s basic requirements and scope (Completeness, adherence to formatting guidelines, and relevance to conference themes) and similarity test by the committee. Articles that pass the selection will be sent to reviewer with blind method. Reviewer provides detailed feedback and recommendations for acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection based on Originality, Relevance, Methodology, Clarity, and Impact of the article. Track directors will make final decisions based on reviewer feedback. Authors of conditionally accepted submissions will be given a 5-working days deadline to address reviewers’ comments and resubmit their work. Revised submissions will be reviewed to ensure that all feedback has been addressed. After presentation, the articles will be forwarded to the committee for content evaluation before being compiled for submission to internationally indexed proceedings.
